Požiadavky noriem VDA a výkon VDA 6.3
Výklad požiadaviek noriem VDA (VDA 1, VDA 2, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, Maturity Level Assurance, Analýza možných vád z poľa NTF proces) a ich zavedenie do postupov systému manažérstva kvality organizácie. Výkon interných VDA 6.3 auditov s následným nastavením akčného plánu a asistencia pri jeho zavedení. Výkon dodávateľských auditov podľa metodiky VDA 6.3.
Coaching na oddelení kvality
Nastavenie adaptácie nových resp. presunutých pracovníkov. Coaching obsahuje tvorbu kvalifikačných matíc, nastavenie a vyhodnotenie plánu vzdelávania pracovníkov oddelenia kvality v automobilovom priemysle.

Product audit VDA 6.5:2020

Project Management according to APQP/MLA
The training focuses on the use of the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and MLA (Maturity Level Assurance) methodologies in project management in the automotive industry. Participants will learn how to effectively plan, control and improve quality during product development and production.
Sampling according to PPAP
The training focuses on the sampling process according to PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), which is key for the validation and approval of new or changed products in the automotive industry. Participants will learn the requirements and steps needed to successfully submit samples and obtain customer approval.
Problem Solving with the 8D Method
Training focused on the application of the 8D (Eight Disciplines) method for systematic problem solving in the automotive industry. Identification of the causes of problems, implementation of corrective measures and prevention, improvement of quality and efficiency of processes.
5S and TPM Basics
The training provides basic information about the 5S method and its implementation to improve the work environment, productivity and safety. Participants will also learn the basics of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), which focuses on optimizing maintenance and reducing unplanned downtime in the production process.
CQI 23
Training focused on CQI 23 (Special Process: Coating System Assessment), which provides a methodology for evaluating and improving plastic coating processes in the automotive industry. The goal is to ensure quality, compliance with standards and customer requirements in these special processes.
Quality Activities in the Product Lifecycle
The training focuses on the management and implementation of quality activities throughout the product life cycle, from development to the end of production. The aim is to ensure that products meet customer requirements and standards through systematic planning, control and continuous quality improvement.
