Štandardy importéra predstavujú súbor pravidiel, požiadaviek a odporúčaní, ktoré stanovuje dovozca (importér) automobilových značiek – ŠKODA Auto Slovensko a Porsche Slovakia – pre svojich zmluvných partnerov, predajcov a servisné strediská. Ich cieľom je zabezpečiť jednotnú kvalitu služieb, procesov a zákazníckej skúsenosti v celej sieti autorizovaných prevádzok.
