ISO 37001
What is ISO 37001?
The Anti-Corruption Policy of the Slovak Republic for 2019–2023 was approved by a resolution of the Slovak Government in December 2018. This concept is based on the prevention of corruption, which is preferred over repressive measures that should address cases of corruption. The most effective way to meet the requirements of the approved anti-corruption policy framework in organizations is to introduce the ISO 37001 standard, which will ensure the correct implementation of the legislation.
A significant benefit of its implementation, especially in the public sphere, is the protection of the highest representatives of regional or local authorities in the event of the emergence and detection of a potential case of corruption.
