TAPA standards
What are TAPA standards?
TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) je medzinárodná organizácia, ktorá stanovuje bezpečnostné štandardy pre ochranu tovaru v dodávateľskom reťazci. Cieľom je minimalizovať riziko krádeží, podvodov a iných incidentov počas skladovania, prepravy a parkovania.
TAPA standards cover three areas:
FSR – Facility Security Requirements
It defines the security requirements for warehouses and distribution centers. It focuses on physical and information security, the protection of personnel and processes, and sets minimum security measures for operations.
TSR – Truck Security Requirements
It sets out rules for road transport safety. It includes requirements for vehicles and technical equipment, processes for monitoring and controlling transport, and measures to reduce the risk of theft during transport.
PSR – Parking Security Requirements
It focuses on the security of truck parking areas. It addresses vehicle protection during breaks, access control and parking lot monitoring, as well as incident prevention in parking lots.
